You may return a purchased item even if you just change your mind
and don't want it, or if it arrives damaged or is defective.
Non-defective items may be returned only in new and unused condition.
To return an item, you must first obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Log
into your account (if you created one), find the order in your Order History, click the
"Need to return an item?" link, and fill in the details. You'll be given an
RMA number to write on the outside of the package when you return it to us.
Pack the item securely with adequate protection to prevent damage in transit, and
ship it to us at:

Be sure to insure the package (UPS and FedEx automatically insure for $100 at no
extra charge, the Post Office requires insurance to be purchased). We can refund
your purchase price only if the item arrives in good condition. Insuring the
package will allow you to seek compensation from the shipping company.
