How Long will it take for my order to come?
We will process your order just as quickly as we can, usually no later than 1 day after we receive your order, and then give it to FedEx, UPS or to the Post Office for final delivery to you. Once it leaves our door, the transit time is 1-6 business days, depending on how far away you are from our warehouse near San Francisco. The shipment acknowledgment email message we send you will include tracking information so you can follow your shipment on its way to you.
Once you click on the "Submit" button to finalize your order (after completing your shopping, and filling in the billing and shipping information form), it can take another business day before we can process your order (depending on what time of day you submit your order). If there are any problems with the information you provide, or if your credit card is declined for some reason, there will be an additional delay while we attempt to contact you to resolve the difficulty. This is why it is important for you to give your valid and correct email address on the order form!
Most orders ship via FedEx or UPS Ground. FedEx and UPS transit times vary from 1 business
day (San Francisco area) to 6 business days (East Coast). If your order
is shipped via FedEx or UPS, your email acknowledgment will include a web link
you can click on to track your shipment 24 hours a day. Here's

The Post Office varies wildly, and is highly unpredictable. Although the Post Office says that “most Priority Mail items are delivered in 2-3 days”, we have found that it can be 10 days or longer within the US. International shipments, as well as shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses can take as little as 3 days or as long as several weeks. At present the Post Office provides online tracking only for shipments sent by Priority Mail. Online tracking may not be available for shipments sent by Economy Ground.
